Tulips are my favorite flower. They were our main wedding flower. Naturally I've always wanted to go to the Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival, but it's not very budget friendly. I found out this year that teachers plus one get in FREE! We couldn't pass up the chance to take Brooklyn to see all the flowers. Luckily the rain held off for us to enjoy a beautiful evening exploring. It was the perfect family adventure for us.
This is our favorite picture of the night! Brooklyn would not smile. She refused to smile for about the first 15 minutes. It was so unlike her because she always smiles. Clearly she wasn't super happy about being awake early from her nap and the bright sunshine in her face.
This really great guy offered to take a quick family picture for us. I was so excited to finally get a snap shot of all of us!
